Return and exchange policy

At Inès Sport, your satisfaction is our priority.
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to help you find a solution.

Returns

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item for an exchange. Unfortunately, returns after this period cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging—just as you received it.
Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Please note:

• Gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• Damaged, incomplete, or used items cannot be exchanged unless it’s an error on our part.

• Returns made more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are possible under certain conditions only.

Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective or if there was a sizing error. If that’s the case and you want to exchange for the same item, please contact us.
